ERP-System

An ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an integrated software solution. It is used to plan, control and monitor all business-relevant processes and resources of a company. It acts as a central database that connects different departments within a company and enables the smooth flow of information between them.

The main objectives of an ERP system are integration (bringing together data and processes from different areas of the company such as finance, production, sales, human resources and warehouse), automation (automating recurring business processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention) and optimization (providing real-time information to enable informed decisions and increase operational efficiency).

An ERP system offers modules for various functions such as accounting, personnel management, warehouse management, purchasing, sales, production and more. It promotes transparency within the company and enables a holistic view of all business activities.
