EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)

EDI stands for "electronic data interchange", i.e. the electronic exchange of business documents such as orders, order confirmations, invoices, etc. between business partners. In EDI data exchange, structured data is exchanged in accordance with established, internationally valid business document standards, regardless of specific formats or ERP systems. Business processes can be mapped much more cost-effectively, automatically and error-free using EDI solutions.
