In a warehouse, correction is a common daily need. Stock values, storage locations, or other data often must be adjusted, and sometimes stock or locations need to be locked for operational reasons. The Bitergo WMS Correction Apps help users carry out these tasks from a desktop computer or directly on the mobile device on the shop floor.
With the Correction Web App, warehouse staff can create and manage Handling Unit Locks, Bin Location Locks, edit information for handling units and handling unit lines, split the content of one handling unit into more and manage Assignments and Change Orders.
Use the navigation to choose the object type you want to correct, set filters to choose what to display in the table, select an entry in the table to show it´s details in the preview area on the right side of the screen and use the function buttons to execute a specific function, such as editing an object or creating a new object.
With the Correction Mobile App, warehouse staff can quickly and intuitively correct the inventory of handling units directly on the warehouse floor. Please refer to the documentation of the mobile app for more detailed information.
The Correction Web App uses the standard Bitergo WMS web app user interface. For details, see the chapter on User Interface and User Experience.
The menu icon on the right side of the header gives you access to the following general functions:
The navigation panel allows you to switch between the categories "Locks", "Location-Locks", "Handling Unit Lines", "Handling Units", "Split HU", "Assignments", "Change Orders", "Lock Orders", "Unlock Orders", and "Lock Overview" to view and edit them in the main workspace of the screen. The "Lock Orders" and "Unlock Orders" categories require integration with a higher-level system, such as an ERP system, and are therefore not covered further in this documentation. Please contact the Bitergo Support Team for more information.
