Replenishment

Written by Bitergo | Jan 9, 2024 12:38:44 PM

Replenishment is a special form of a stock transfer. In this process, a quantity of goods is transferred from, for example, a reserve area to the picking area according to the quantity requirements. However, goods can also be transferred as replenishment between different picking areas or between different reserve areas. The respective replenishment quantity can be planned in advance (e.g. based on consumption values from the past) or triggered spontaneously by the action of an order picker.
