Omnichannel Fulfillment refers to cross-channel order processing in retail, where orders from online shops, marketplaces, and physical stores are handled flexibly and in an integrated way. The goal is to always provide customers with their preferred delivery or pickup option – regardless of the channel through which the purchase was made.
