Design, implementation and management of automated build, deployment and configuration processes for applications within the Open Telekom Cloud, using Jenkins as the central CI/CD tool - Close cooperation with the development teams to promote and integrate DevOps principles - Management of the Open Telekom Cloud infrastructure with focus on scalability, reliability and security - Monitoring, identification and resolution of system and application issues to ensure uninterrupted functionality - Implementation of security standards and best practices to ensure data security and compliance - Automating repetitive tasks and processes to achieve efficiency gains - Participation in on-call teams for emergency situations and unscheduled maintenance work - Contribute Java and Spring Boot skills to the development and optimization of our cloud management tools Your profile: - A successfully completed degree in computer science or a similar qualification with comparable skills and experience - Proven professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in similar positions - Sound knowledge in the use of Jenkins for CI/CD processes - Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Chef) - Expertise in cloud computing, especially with the Open Telekom Cloud - Familiarity with container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience in dealing with common Linux distributions and tools - Experience in the implementation of security measures in the DevOps area - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills - Team spirit, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an agile environment We offer: -
