Introduction

The Correction Mobile App  is designed to help warehouse staff make fast, traceable inventory corrections in real time. It lets users directly adjust quantities, tenant assignments, bin storage locations, and correction reasons, while keeping the changes transparent through comments and system updates. With the mobile app, warehouse staff can quickly and intuitively correct the inventory of handling units directly on the warehouse floor.

Basic Concepts

To correct the quantity of an item on a handling unit, you can scan or select either the handling unit directly, the bin location where the handling unit is stored, or the item whose quantity you want to adjust.

You can then perform one of the following operations:

  • Remove a specific number of items and decrease the remaining quantity on the handling unit accordingly.
  • Add a specific number of items and increase the quantity accordingly.
  • Correct the quantity without removing or adding items to the handling unit.
  • Add a Lock to the handling unit
  • Add another item kind to the handling unit
  • Change or correct the goods receipt delivery date, tenant, bin location, load support, and the height of the handling unit.

User Interface

The Correction Mobile App features the standard mobile app user interface of Bitergo WMS. For details, see the chapter on User Interface and User Experience.
